Flowing Asia: Japan - Nagoya & Mount Fuji
The surprise city in the surprise country: Nagoya!
On the way down from Tokyo to Nagoya, you can normally see Mount Fuji. Normally!!! But when we went past, it rained! Gutted. But I don't give up that easily!
A lot of clouds indeed:
We had a walk around Nagoya city, I will show you around:
-Nagoya Town Hall:
-The Nagoya Castle:
-Samurai:
-From the top of the castle tower, you can view the whole city:
-They also had an exposition of banzais and other plants, nice!
-We also went into town, near Osu street...
Daiki is a friend that's looking after us here and he's taking us to the real local, simple, honest places!
-We went to an "onsen" and "gambanioku", which are a hot water source and a lot of sauna rooms. That was gangsta, so relaxing. And all the men take off their clothes in there so you can have the real Japanese naked experience! I only took a picture of the entrance, sorry ladies:
-We went to Round1, a massive entertainment centre with snooker, bowling, arcade games but most importantly: baseball training!!! Hitting the balls was too good!
-We also went to an "okonomiaki", with a big hot plate on the table, then you get your food or you can cook it yourself!
-Of course, we went training but it's still too cold to do anything!
-But they also have some cheeky rooms, it was still cold but we did out thing!
I had to go back to Mount Fuji. I couldn't leave the country without seeing that! It was a long mission but we succeeded! Here it is:
And yours truly!
We found a nice park around there too, with beautiful houses:
They love it, the pride of the city!
In other news:
-Some girls must have got assaulted in that club!!!
-Gyudon, classic Japanese meal:
-That doesn't make sense!
-I caught a beatbox/MC cypher in town,I didn't understand anything but these guys killed it!
You've got to love Nagoya!
